In this GROUND-BREAKING EPISODE I discuss SOLID CONTEMPORANEOUS EVIDENCE of actual spiritual wifery in the British mission (1840-1841) prior to the traditional Mormon polygamy timeline. This is the first time this evidence has ever been discussed and presented publicly. All of the material presented in today’s episode is part of a new paper that will be published soon entitled “THE NEW COMPANION REVELATION: & other Evidence of Spiritual Wifery in the First British Mission (see below). The most startling part of this evidence is that it is totally unconnected to Joseph Smith. It involves prominent Mormons who will later be some of the primary characters in Mormon polygamy who create the post martyrdom narrative that Joseph Smith was a polygamist. The evidence presented in this episode and in the next couple episodes, truly change the narrative and understanding of Mormon polygamy. It dramatically impacts and weakens (some might say eve DESTROYS) the narrative that Joseph Smith was the originator of Mormon polygamy.
